Who are we?

Forecon is a management consulting company for the construction and real estate industry, established in 2013. However, our roots go back to the 1970s, when we started operating under VTT.

We provide data-driven analysis and forecasts to support decision making in the construction and real estate sector. We operate in Finland and extensively in the Nordic and Baltic countries. We provide our clients with services such as:
